We supply the equipment, reagents and consumables needed by clinical laboratories, hospital laboratories and research units. An analyser comes with its reagents, calibrators, control materials and consumables, and we handle each request as a complete package.

A large share of laboratory products are in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices and fall under IVDR 2017/746 in the EU. For reagents, storage temperature, shelf life and lot-specific certificates of analysis are checked before quoting; for instruments, reagent compatibility and access to service. For closed-system analysers, we also take into account that reagents can only come from the same manufacturer.

Codes are indicative and follow the HS 2022 nomenclature. The final classification is made for each shipment based on the product's technical characteristics, intended use and the tariff of the destination country.

For IVD products, declaration of conformity and, where required, Notified Body certificate
Manufacturer's ISO 13485 quality management system certificate
Lot-specific certificate of analysis (CoA) and expiry date information
Safety data sheet (SDS) for reagents with chemical content
Instructions for use and reagent package inserts (IFU) in the required language

Transport and storage notes

Reagents and kits are mostly shipped at 2-8 °C, with a data logger and protected from freezing.

Analysers are shipped in crates with shock and tilt indicators; installation is planned with the manufacturer or an authorised service provider.

Some reagents are declared as dangerous goods because of flammable or corrosive content.

Questions about this group

Can you supply reagents for a closed-system analyser?

In closed systems, reagents can only come from the instrument manufacturer or its authorised distributor. If you share the instrument's brand, model and serial details, we will look into sourcing through the manufacturer's channel.

How much shelf life will reagents have left at delivery?

We write the shelf life requirement into the contract. Before loading, we check expiry dates lot by lot and do not include lots that do not meet the requirement.

Can you ship the instrument and the reagents together?

It is possible, but planning them separately is often better. The instrument travels at ambient temperature and the reagents in the cold chain, so packaging, route and delivery time are set for each separately.
