This group covers a healthcare facility's equipment list, from intensive care to the operating theatre and from the sterilisation unit to the patient room. We clarify each request by model, catalogue number or technical specification.

With medical devices, compatibility matters as much as price. Mains voltage and frequency, plug type, menu and manual language, installation and access to technical service are checked before ordering. For spare parts, compatibility with the device's serial number and software version is verified against the manufacturer's original part number.

Transport and storage notes

Heavy and bulky devices are shipped on pallets or in crates, with shock and tilt indicators.

Portable devices with lithium batteries are declared under dangerous goods rules for air cargo.

Desiccants protect electronic devices from condensation; on arrival, the device is left to reach room temperature before the packaging is opened.

Questions about this group

Do you supply refurbished devices?

We assess this case by case. However, many countries restrict the import of refurbished medical devices or require special permission. We therefore first clarify the destination country's rules, then the device's manufacturer or authorised refurbishment documents.

How are installation and technical service provided?

Installation and service are usually handled by the manufacturer or the authorised service provider in the destination country. At the quotation stage, we discuss the service network, training needs and the critical spare parts set together.

Can we order spare parts only?

Yes. Just send us the device brand, model, serial number and, if possible, the manufacturer's part number. We quote after verifying the part's compatibility with the device against the manufacturer's records.
