Personal data processed

We process the full name, institution or company name, email address, phone number, destination country and message content that you send us through the contact form or by email. The server hosting the site may keep technical logs, such as IP address and time of access, for security and operational purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to respond to your quote or information request, to conduct the business discussion related to your request and to meet our legal obligations. The legal basis is, under Article 5(2) KVKK, that processing is directly related to the conclusion of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller. Your consent is also obtained when you submit the form.

Transfer of data

Messages sent through the form on our website and to info@sunveramedikal.com are received and stored via an email service provider whose servers are located abroad. Your data is therefore transferred abroad within the meaning of Article 9 KVKK. Apart from this, your data is shared only with competent public authorities where required by law; it is not given to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Your data is kept until your request is concluded and for as long as the related business relationship continues. If a business relationship is established, the retention periods set by the applicable legislation apply. When the period ends, the data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights and how to apply

Under Article 11 KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for your data to be corrected or erased, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred and to object to processing. You can send your requests in writing to info@sunveramedikal.com or to the postal address above; we will reply within 30 days at the latest.
